The most real minimalism is the main thesis that we adhered to when developing the project.
The design is based on simple materials of a calm, warm palette: beige wood and unusual stone. We also paid attention to light in the project, having incorporated all levels of light into the project and having worked out various lighting scenarios. So, in the hallway we have lamps aimed at the floor and floor lamps, which in the dark can illuminate the road to the living room.
The apartment is located on the 40th floor and there are many ventilation shafts in it, so the layout was built in such a way as to circumvent them competently. We hid all engineering communications in wooden beams under the ceiling, adding architecture to the space.
